Pin it to Win it!

There is a neat contest going on at Daisies & Dimples. You create a new board on your Pinterest called "Pin-It to Win-It with DaisiesandDimples". Then you look at all the neat products at Daisies & Dimples, and pin the things that you would love to win. Use the above image as your cover image for your new board. You can find the full instructions on how to play HERE at the Daisies & Dimples forum. Then go to the topic HERE at the forum to post a link to your new board. Each designer in the store will be awarding one winner! Have fun and good luck!!!

Color Palettes

These past few years with designing book covers, I have fallen in love with stock photos. I appreciate photography a lot more now. I also love color. When I was designing digital scrapkits before, I would always make my own color palettes - but I love the idea of picking out colors from a photograph and also having the photo to use as inspiration. For that reason, I made some of my own palettes this way. I had a lot of fun making these, so I hope some of you find them useful for your projects. Just right click on the picture and save to your computer. Leave a comment if you save any of these so I know if I should post more or not - (I have made a ton)!
